The Daffodil - March

When we start to see the green stems of the Daffodils popping their way up through the ground, we know Spring is soon to follow.

Daffodils, or Narcissus as they are also known, are Perennials. To some they are a symbol of friendship and an arrangement with these beautiful blooms makes a perfect gift. A gift of potted daffodils will keep on giving as they can be replanted and come back every year. I love making up garden baskets with an assortment of green plants and then add a splash of color with the bright blooms.
